I have the right to refuse service to you, or otherwise refuse your order.
If I, personally, feel as though you disregarded my TOS, feel disrespected by you or simply mentally cannot take your order at the time (although if that were the case, commissions would likely be closed), I may refuse your order. Please do not try to persuade me or convince me otherwise. This is my own choice.

You may not trace or repost my artwork. You may not reference my artwork without credit.
I have dealt with tracers in the past, and it has been some time since then; I ask you don't bring back that drama. I will not stand for tracing or copying of my artwork. Reposting is on a fine line, but overall, I would prefer you didn't do it. Just share a link to the original piece. I don't mind referencing, so long as I am credited where credit is due. Thank you

If need be, I will refund you.
If I'm being too slow, or feel I won't be able to finish your piece, I will likely contact you to refund your piece. Otherwise, if you feel the need to ask for a refund, I will likely also accept; so lone as I haven't significantly started your piece.
This is to say if I have passed the sketch & check-in phase of the process, I will not refund you.
Sketch orders will not be refunded if I have already completed the sketch.

Please have patience
I will not always work on your commission immediately, and for the sake of ensuring I don't procrastinate, commissions may not always be done in order; though I try to stick to a first-come first-serve basis as best as possible. Please do not take it personally if I finish someone else's commission before yours, even if they had bought from me after you. I get motivation to do different things, and if I stick to the guilt of not getting someone else's work done first, I won't get anything done. Understand this is just for my own well-being and to ensure everyone gets their piece.
Overall, I will aim to finish your piece from as soon as a days time too hopefully not longer than a month from the time you ordered. Note that this time varies significantly and depends on many factors in my life. Some pieces have taken me multiple months to complete. Do not be afraid to reach out & check in on your commission! I do not consider it rude and actively encourage it in light of my difficulties.

I have the right to post your piece in galleries or as future art examples unless agreed otherwise.
It is my art, and thus it's a good example of my own art I will use it as such. If this makes you uncomfortable, please contact me over it and we will discuss the situation!

I will draw:

-Most creatures (mythical and real). I am most comfortable with felines, canines and humanoids, but I love to test the waters and play with different shapes and creatures.
-Most outfits! I more often then not stick to very flowy, very non-modern outfits; but I'm willing to try other things.
-Weapons, Armor, and Mech. Most will be experimental, and may add to cost depending on complexity!
-Complicated designs! In fact, I prefer them over simple ones (when to comes to designing, especially). This goes for clothing/accessories & pelt designs. I am not afraid to go ham.
-Mediocre/minor gore/body horror. Love me some wacky eyes or a bit of blood. Overall I'm not too disgusted by these types of things.
-Symbolism. Holy shit, I adore this stuff. Please ask me to draw symbolism.

I will not draw:

-Nsfw or any type of suggestive pieces.
-Participate in or draw any racist, homophobic or otherwise offensive content.
-Trace or copy any art piece.
-Realistic pieces. I've done them before and do enjoy them, don't get me wrong, but they can also be time-consuming and stressful for me when it comes to commissions.
-Ships of real people. I don't mind drawing relationships between real people, but only if they are confirmed to actually be dating. I find discomfort in drawing real people dating when they, in reality, are not. This means, to name a couple:
-Eddsworld ships (they are based off of real people)
-Youtubers
-Major gore. I will not draw a completely unrecognizable creature, or guts spilling; but beyond that I don't mind.
